Musically Inclined

I couldn't think of a better title for this actually. Any picture with a microphone makes me think of music/singing.

I'd been wanting to do a fanart picture based from one of my favourite artworks (by someone else of course, who isn't on dA). And I finally found a pairing to do it from. I've always loved the picture it's based from and I absolutely love this pairing of Rider and Lancer from Fate/Stay Night & Fate/Hollow Ataraxia. So I thought I'd try it out, and it works so brilliantly~!

Sadly, Rider looks a tad masculine. But it's still clear that she's female (hello, boobs, long purple hair, lipstick...) Lancer just looks plain sexy *licks that smexy chest* XD I love both of these characters. Purple + Blue = WIN I just love cold colours for some reason... but I've always loved strong charactes who have more than two emotions. Sure Rider's main one is calm, but she also has her anger and her caring, and disappointment. Lancer, mainly anger and such, but there are his calm moments (and I've found official pics of him freaking out). They're both also very thoughtful characters, and that adds to my love for them. Also, they're sexy! And awesome fighters!

So, yeah, my idea for this partially was that Rider is a singer, and Lancer his her manager/love interest. I'm actually writing this as a story at the moment, if I post it anywhere it'll go to ~Midnight-Dream-Angel I don't post anything on fanfiction.net anymore. I only posted one story there, and that was after Sango and Miroku were revealed in Inuyasha. So that was years ago. I couldn't understand the site to begin with so I gave up on it. Anyway, getting away from the picture here.

I made the cross around Lancer's neck black with a ruby due to his violent past and the way his epic spirit was, oh Cúchulainn. Rider has silver on her wrist to keep in membrance of her epic spirit, as silver was close to Medusa.

Random: I love Lancer's red eyes...
